I did a major consulting project for a 40-location Southern California-based restaurant chain in 2010.   I developed, implemented and managed their marketing and social media strategies – and grew their Facebook Fan page by over 200% and Twitter followers by over 300% in less than 2 months.  A leading food blogger praised the social media efforts and said that this chain had the best Twitter and Facebook presence of any restaurants that she covered.  During the course of the consulting engagement, I did a lot of research and learned a great deal with how to leverage social media in this industry.
